I've had an idea, I've written to TWITTER and suggested that "Follow Me" should be the theme song for twitter. Don't tweet myself and don't really care - BUT - what a way to get this generation exposed to the man!!

This is the address I've written to : partner@twitter.com

What do you all think?

Was a really avid twitter girl last year, will go back to it, but in a focused way. One of the ways to get RG into younger minds (can't believe I just wrote that!) is through using hash tags like #RoryOn or #FollowRory, stuff like that. I still use them on Facebook, and will eventually get back to tweeting...it's a giant mind vacuum, but a lot of fun! To show you the crazy, a few years ago I tweeted through a solid weekend of Gabriel Byrne movies and the Lord of the Rings movies. An "event" might be to have a twitter festival throughout a Rockpalast concert broadcast on a video streaming service. All people have to do is use the hashtags, they get picked up and you then have a record of the event. Pretty sure folks were doing it throughout the Rory festivals this summer! Then, event venues put up a flatscreen and we can all watch the tweets go by...like that.
