Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe this is the first Rory Gallagher recording ever in which he used a wah pedal. He would generally use the tone knob for filter effects, not a wah pedal. I haven't taken the time to listen to all his albums to confirm this :-), but I believe this is a unique recording in that respect.
