What a brilliant weekend we had at the
Nantwich Festival celebrating the wonderful
music of Rory. All the musicians were fantastic
but I am still buzzing after seeing this young
Aiden Pryor Band they were awesome. I've
heard Shadow Play lots of time but Aiden's
version was pure class.

Thank you everyone especially to my wonderful friends love you all.
Next stop Whealans 2nd Oct to see Sinnerboy yeaaahhhh.

Take care and keep safe until we meet again xxx

Btw JJ thanks for getting me there and home

No problem and my pleasure too with the RORY weekend, almost exactly as you expressed :) ..

Gotta point out also. The young "Aiden Pryor Band" on the Sunday afternoon gig. Looking at this guy, RORY'S music for generations to come. Will be treated by this guys passion and attitude to how he puts it all over onstage. You can't quite capture here on this video, partly because Aiden has a pole half blocking him unfortunately. Yet if you watch this video up to around " 4 minutes " you'll have a glimpse of the potential of this guy, when he comes out of the marquee..

For his final Shadow Play solo :)

PS...

Apologies I forgot to mention "The Bullfrog Band ". That played on the Saturday afternoon at this Rory tribute weekend. I really enjoyed their show.
As I told Derek the vocalist / lead guitarist. iI's always nice to hear some of Rory's less played songs, like " Walkin' Wounded " which was on their setlist..
Pardon the pun but it is such " Fresh Evidence " of Rory's great writing and song compositions :)
