ROBERT JOHNSON FATHER OF THE BLUES

I have been reading up on Robert Johnson. I recommend this biography Crossroads The Life and Afterlife of Blues Legend Robert Johnson by Tom Graves. I also recommend one should get this CD Box set Robert Johnson The Complete Recording. I also like Eric Claptons Sessions For Robert J by Eric Clapton which I wsa listening to this morning. It contains a nice CD and recorded sessions of Eric Clapton with his band playing Robert Johnson's music. The CD Eric Clapton Me and Mr Johnson made in 1994 is very good. I always love Rory's version of Walking Blues. Subrata. x

I've got Searching For Robert Johnson by Peter Guralnick. It's a good read.
