This Buddy Guy song is amazing from the Sweet Tea album. You can clearly hear how it influenced Jimmy Hendrix playing say in Voodoo Child.

I started listening some old Robert Johnson - amazing how you can hear pieces of newer blues with him, Leadbelly, Howling Wolf.....

Always knew they were the base for current blues/R&R but did not realize HOW much!!
