Sir Terry Wogan RIP

Postby SUBY1974 » 01 Feb 2016, 22:24

Very sad to hear of Sir Terry Wogan's passing. I remember him on Blankety Blank, Eurovision, radio, Children In Need and other programmes. Again another person I grew up with from watching TV and listening to radio. Very sad. Another era has ended. My condolences to his wife, children, family, friends and fans. Jan 2016 will be remembered as a sad month for those involved in showbusiness. Sir Terry as an Irishman made his mark on British broadcasting history. He had warmth, humour and wit. Most of all he never forgot his Limerick,Irish roots. RIP Sir Terry Wogan. Subrata.x

Another very sad passing, I grew up listening to and watching Sir Terry. Condolences to his family. I'm not liking 2016 so far.
