Please, re-check your time zone in your profile.

Please note, you SHOULD set your timezone as 'default time zone' but please decrease it to "1". Server still works in past.
For example,
- Your default timezone is UTC+2. You should set UTC+1.
- And turn 'Summertime DST' button on.
