completely with you on that Jay Jay, I mean guys like Barry and yourself many of the other guys who have been mainly responsible for Rory's legacy on the live front at least deserve a look in, quite a controversial move indeed :(

But I like JJ suggestion that instruments gone or offered someone :?: Tribute bands :?(maybe) . But I'm personal against to sell the instruments :( :( :o

yeah I'd say Jim if the tribute band's didn't get a look in a good idea would've been having them in a museum but one where they could be played by fans and cherished, or like jay jay said with the tribute bands and devotees of Rory , this seems like the worst option unless the family are actually in financial trouble now they've signed Rory's material to Sony ?

Just a thought ..

Maybe the sale of these Rory instruments/ gear is to raise the money for the final agreement to Mr Learner in the States for the copyrights and all film footage for

" TASTE LIVE @ THE ISLE OF WIGHT " ?

As Daniel Gallagher said recently on that radio interview.. they were close to an agreement ;)
