Oh thank you, Innuendo!
This is great news about you attending Paul's concert soon!! I am sure you will enjoy it and it would be lovely to hear about your impressions after the show! It is just wonderful that Paul keeps touring so extensively!

But Paul doesn't go to play for Ukrainean crowd... too bad :(
But I glad to say that I have seen another one Paul in four metres from me... at the Queen + Paul Rodgers gig in Kharkov :)

i'll be glad to write my impressions. setlist is amazing, basically the best of the beatles and his solo and wings stuff. and he plays for 3 hours, not bad for a guy in his 70's.

#1 Deuce
#2 Rory Gallagher
#3 Calling Card

Calling Card is unanimously the best Rory album. Everyone loves this little gem, not just for the hits like "Moonchild" or "Do You Read Me", but also for the production by Glover. It is indeed, a great album, but I have to admit that right now, I'm judging regarding to my feelings.

Rory Gallagher is another piece of art. Many artists introduce themselves with not so good or elaborated albums, but Rory did something special. He presented an emotionally charged album which cannot leave you impassive.

Deuce was my first touch with the artist. Cannot explain how fulfilled I felt when I heard it whole. It was about 4 years ago when I got in touch with the album, and Rory as an artist, of course, and I can say that I felt my life changing.

Difficult to decide of course, but made a bit easier by not having to choose them in order...

I went for Deuce, Top Priority and Against The Grain. Deuce is probably number one, but I'm not sure about the order of the other two!

I'd like to vote on this now since I've been listening to Rory a lot more intensively these days. About a year ago my choices may have been different but now..... I'd like to give joint first place to Defender and Against the Grain. Both very well produced and some brilliant guitar work.
No 2 goes to Deuce
No 3 is difficult, but I supppose I would have to go with Calling Card since it was my first RG album.

There isn't really one I don't like to be honest. :)
